The attorneys for former Patriots star Aaron Hernandez are asking the judge to declare a mistrial in his double-murder trial.
The motion filed is based on remarks made by a witness testifying against Hernandez yesterday.
The witness, who was allegedly riding in the car with the two victims allegedly shot by Hernandez, said during testimony that the shooter's skin color, quote, "looked just like him," referring to Hernandez.
The defense says the witness was out of line while answering the question.
