Trump Travel Ban Hits Another Wall

President Trump's travel ban will not be going into effect today. Just hours before it was scheduled take effect, a U.S. District Judge in Hawaii ruled that the new executive order suffers from the same problems as the original order.

He said it still discriminates against people based on their religion.

Then, early this morning a federal judge in Maryland made basically the same move, temporarily suspending Trump's ban on citizens from six Muslim countries.

Meantime, Senator Elizabeth Warren says President Trump's travel bans are now zero for two against the constitution.

Warren is praising a federal judge in Hawaii for blocking the revised travel ban.

She says it turns out that an illegal Muslim ban by another name is still an illegal Muslim ban.

Warren is encouraging Trump to stop fighting the rule of law and start fighting for all Americans.
