Springfield-based MassMutual is issuing what it says is a small number of layoffs.
The company says the layoffs will impact about one-percent of the workforce at five locations, including Springfield and Enfield.
About 100 workers were laid off at MassMutual's headquarters in Springfield about a year ago.
