MassDOT has good news regarding the I-91 viaduct project.
Officials said at a meeting in Springfield yesterday that the project is running well ahead of schedule and could be finished by next spring instead of the following fall, as was originally predicted.
Changes to the project, including the "dynamic merge" traffic plan, were also talked about at the public information meeting.
