Lawmakers To Decide Smoking Age

Massachusetts lawmakers appear ready  to raise the minimum age to purchase tobacco to 21-years-old.

The  current legal age to buy cigarettes and other tobacco products is  18-years-old in most of the state.

It's already 21 in Boston, Worcester  and Springfield.

The tobacco change is expected to be part of the marijuana legalization bill being crafted by lawmakers.
