Funeral services are being held today in Connecticut for former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez.
The 27-year-old Hernandez took his own life in a Shirley prison cell last week, where he was serving a life sentence for murder.
Today's services for Hernandez at a funeral parlor in his hometown of Bristol, Connecticut are by invitation only. The burial will also be private and will take place at a later date.
