The House is continuing debate today on the state budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1st.
The more than 40-billion-dollar budget increases spending by nearly four-percent.
Representatives will have to wade through more than 12 hundred amendments.
Once they are done it will go to the Senate. After differences are worked out between the two documents then it will be sent to the Governor for his signature.
