Aaron Hernandez's fiancee is cleared to take over the family estate and close on a deal to sell their North Attleboro mansion.
"The Herald" yesterday reported the former Patriot was broke when he hung himself last week.
His home is estimated to be worth around one-point-three million dollars, but most of the money made from the sale may go towards a wrongful-death suit filed against Hernandez's estate by the mother of Odin Lloyd.
Meantime, the request to have the Lloyd Case conviction vacated because the appeals had not been completed is expected to be made sometime next month.
