Pioneer Valley Place To Be

A new report from U.S. News and World  puts the Springfield metro area at number 13 in the country for highest  quality of life.

The Pioneer Valley ranks right behind Hartford in this  year's rankings, and nowhere else in Massachusetts ranks higher.

In  particular, the study notes Springfield has low housing prices, a  relatively short daily commute time, and decent numbers for college  readiness, health care, crime and overall well-being.
