SJC Denies Man New Trial In Murder Case

Caius Veiovis  is not getting a new trial for the murder of three people in Berkshire  County.

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has rejected arguments  that there wasn't sufficient evidence to convict Veiovis, who is serving  life in prison for his role in the killings of David Glasser, Edward  Frampton and Robert Chadwell.

The remains of the trio were discovered on  private property in Becket in 2011 after the three were abducted in  Pittsfield.

Two others are also serving life sentences for the killings.
