A registered sex offender from Westfield is headed to prison for at least 13-and-a-half years on an indecent assault and battery of a minor conviction.
The Hampden County District Attorney's office announced Thursday that Jesse Caisse was sentenced after being convicted of the crime, which was perpetrated on a 14-year-old.
Caisse had already been convicted of child rape in Northampton in 1998 and served a ten-year sentence.
