Springfield Police raided a Gresham Street home last night and arrested two people and confiscated 24 thousand bags of heroin in what police say was a major distribution ring.
Police tell WHYN News 23 year old Brian A. Santiago of Gresham Street and 46 year old Javier Torres of Gresham Street were arrested.
13 thousand dollars in cash was also taken off the streets.
Both men will be arraigned later today on the charges in Springfield District Court.
