Feds Get No Help From State

State and local police departments  are not planning to help federal officials if they crack down on  marijuana in Massachusetts.

The state's new U.S. attorney recently said  that he would enforce the federal ban on the sale and possession of  marijuana.

Public Safety Secretary Daniel Bennett tells the Boston Herald that they have no intention of raiding any pot shops that are operating legally under state law.
