A 55-year-old Chicopee man is charged with traveling across state lines with the intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor.
The U.S. Attorney's office in the Northern District of New York says Joseph Defilippi had exchanged e-mails with an undercover FBI agent posing as 13-year-old boy since February.
He was arrested Friday near Albany and he allegedly admitted he had traveled there for sex.
Defilippi was arraigned this week and is being held without bail pending further court proceedings.
