An on-line auction has concluded with the Enfield Square Mall sold to an as yet unnamed entity for just under 11 million dollars.
The deal still must be recorded at Town Hall and then the new owner will be revealed.
The Target Store will remain open.
It is one of the last anchor stores left in the facility.
