Louis Coleman will be in a Boston federal courtroom today to face charges related to the kidnapping and killing of Jassy Correia.
The Rhode Island man was arrested earlier this month in Delaware, allegedly with Correia's body in his car's trunk.
Coleman has been transferred from Delaware to Massachusetts to face charges of kidnapping resulting in death.
Prosecutors say Coleman kidnapped Correia from outside a Boston nightclub and killed her.
If convicted Coleman could get the death penalty although officials say they haven't decided whether they will ask for it.
