Congressman Seth Moulton says that it is time to abolish the electoral college and the senate filibuster.
In an op ed piece in the Washington Post, Moulton who is considering a run for the White House says that every vote needs to be counted no matter where they are from.
He also says that passing legislation should require only a simple majority to get anything done.
Former Massachusetts Governor Mike Dukakis has also called for the end of the electoral college --he did that after the 2016 presidential election.
