Businesswoman Pleads Guilty To Bank Fraud

A Chicopee business owner is pleading guilty to bank fraud.

The U.S. Justice Department says Beth Zastawny, of Ludlow, committed the fraud in connection with a four-point-two-million-dollar loan package for her company, Diecast Connections, submitting fake financial statements and misrepresenting her company's financial condition.

Zastawny pleaded guilty on Tuesday and is scheduled to be sentenced in October.
