No Charges Expected In Accidental Crossbow Death Case

Berkshire District Attorney Andrea Harrington says her office isn't expected to press charges in a man's crossbow death in Adams.

The victim of Wednesday's incident has been identified as Joshua Jadusingh.

A neighbor reportedly shot Jadusingh unintentionally with the crossbow in an attempt to stop an attack from a couple of dogs.

The pit bulls were reportedly shot and killed by responding police officers.

A small child that was in the home where the incident happened was uninjured, according to Harrington.
