A new report indicates there's a drinking problem in Massachusetts.
A survey from the website Carinsurance101.com finds about 21-percent of adults in the state binge drink, compared to about 16-percent nationwide.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines binge drinking as consuming four standard drinks in two hours for women and five drinks for men.
