Man Sues Coffee Chain Over Miss Labled Drink

A Rhode Island man is suing Starbucks over claims that it deceptively labels one of its drinks.

Glen Skalubinski filed the class-action suit in federal court in Boston on Friday, going after the Seattle-based coffee company for the labeling of its Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink sold in grocery stores.

The suit, which seeks five-million dollars in damages, claims the drink doesn't contain real vanilla.
