Massachusetts officials announced on Monday that the National Guard is ending its mission to provide school bus transport to school districts across the commonwealth.
The Guard was activated in mid-September to cover a total of thirteen districts because of bus-driver shortages.
The Holyoke School District was among those that received assistance.
