"Granby Girl" Identified In Hampshire County Cold Case

The Northwestern District Attorney is now able to identify the woman shot to death in an unsolved cold case from nearly 45 years ago.

Using forensic testing involving DNA analysis authorities were able to identify the victim positively as Patricia Ann Tucker of Granby who was born in 1950.

Her body was found in a wooded area of Granby in 1978.

The DA says that while it is satisfying to find the identity of the woman, officials continue to seek the woman’s killer.

The DA says the woman’s husband Gerald Coleman is a person of interest. Coleman was married to Tucker, never reported her as missing and later died in prison in 1996.
