Waterlogged State Gets Even More Rain Thursday

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Eastern Massachusetts, including the greater Hyannis area and all of Rhode Island from Thursday afternoon until Friday morning.

The Watch includes portions of Eastern Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties.

Forecasters expect somewhere between one and three inches of rain, with some locations getting as much as four inches.

This is on top of some areas which received a half a foot of rain earlier in the week.
