Most People Want To Reduce Stress- But Leave Out Trip to Gym

Many Americans aren't so concerned with going to the gym in the New Year.

According to a survey conducted by Stop & Shop, 39-percent of respondents say they want to reduce stress in 2024 while 27-percent say they want to head back to the gym.

The number one resolution is eating healthy with 58-percent of people saying they plan to change what's on their plates.

Even though 51-percent of respondents say they plan to ring in the New Year with champagne, 46-percent said they plan on taking part in Dry January and giving up alcohol for at least the month.
