A Springfield man has been charged with stalking a young girl in Enfield, Connecticut.
Police say Ariel Cintron was taken into custody on Thursday.
Cintron reportedly approached the victim who was walking her dog and engaged her in discussion on the subject of animals, then kissed her hand after initially asking for a handshake.
He then is alleged to have followed her back to her home and was arrested after an off-duty police officer became involved.
Cintron also faces a charge of weapons possession.
